Karry Hon

BIOGRAPHY

Karry Hon (she/her) is a Hong Kong visual artist specialising in punch needling, hand embroidery and sculpture. Hon graduated from Simon Fraser University and had been living in Vancouver for seven years. She searches for discourse and harmony between Asian and Western art practices, between art and culture, and between art and diverse disciplines. Outside of the studio, she has training experience in art education, administrative tasks, archive management, art sales, exhibition and event production in contemporary art galleries and organisations.
