Mimi Chui (Hong Kong, 2001) has created colourful acrylic paintings on canvas in wood boards and frames for several years. She paints with every paper, panel and self made paper scroll for patterning and texturing colours to convey an aesthetic of nature to the viewer. Mimi has a background in creative digital media design and fine art. She blended and combined the creative skills of design experience into her artworks. She has exhibited her paintings at the Hong Kong Convention, 2024 HKBU AVA Graduation Show and Exhibition Centre and Spike Island in Bristol, UK.
