Tse Sai Pei aka Jasmine Tse is a Hong Kong based illustrator with a BA in Visual Arts from HKBU and a MA in Illustration from Camberwell College of Arts London. She is currently working as a lecturer at HKBU.

Jasmine's work explores narrative and storytelling through digital illustration. Her inspiration comes from daily observations and social issues.
