Haley Chui was formerly a school teacher. Having nearly no experience in drawing and not studying art in her school period, she started exploring art drawing when she had an encounter with God in prayer, which made her decide to shift her course of life to art. Acrylic and watercolor are her major mediums.

She tells stories of people and herself with her pieces of work, believing that would become the bridge between people. She hopes to bring comfort and hope to the world with the elements of religious faith, personal experience and her view of the city in her art pieces.
