The Stallery

The gallery is a unique space that combines an art and portrait photography studio with an exhibition gallery. In our hybrid space, you can experience art firsthand—not only as a viewer but also as a subject in artistic photography.

Our founder, director, and resident artist, Chang, is a photographer who sees our vibrant metropolis through the lens of his color blindness, offering a unique visual perspective. Stylistically, Chang manipulates cityscapes by playing with heightened symmetry and color contrasts, revealing a hidden sense of order beneath the chaos of Hong Kong’s urban landscape. His images often carry a fantastical sheen.

As a studio, we specialize in offering portrait photography in either Chang’s signature style or a classic studio approach. Whichever style you choose, you are the central figure of the final art piece. We also promote photography through workshops, offering advanced equipment and guidance for both young people and adults.

As a gallery, we provide a highly functional and avant-garde exhibition space for artists to collaborate and showcase their work.
