“INNER EMOTIONS REVEALED”

“INNER EMOTIONS REVEALED”

13A New Street Art Gallery will proudly present the "INNER EMOTIONS REVEALED" solo

exhibition by TOPHOON from April 26 to May 16, showcasing over 20 works. In this technological era, the exhibition captures the essence of emotions through the collision and sedimentation of diverse aesthetics. TOPHOON's creations are characterized by strong color contrasts and dynamic brushstrokes, blending Eastern and Western artistic philosophies: early influences from Pollock and Wassily Kandinsky led to a practice of free abstract expression; in recent years, Eastern meditation concepts have been integrated, introducing restraint and negative space into vibrant brushwork, forming a visual language of dynamic balance—where the clash of intense color blocks and ethereal whites represents both an outward eruption of emotions and an inward contemplation.

Innovative Expression of Technical Mediums. The exhibition showcases a groundbreaking application of 3D printing technology, transforming lines and color blocks from flat paintings into tangible three-dimensional installations. Through digital modeling and 3D forming, static images "grow" in space, with light and shadow flowing as perspectives change, materializing the multidimensional layers of emotion. Meanwhile, the digital pop series reconstructs fragments of information using pixelated symbols, echoing the popular cultural concerns of pop art in vibrant colors, while employing digital technology to endow traditional themes with a contemporary texture.

Emotional Declaration in the Data Age. In this age of information explosion, TOPHOON reaffirms the irreplaceability of art through his works: "Technology can replicate form, but it cannot capture the warmth of emotion." The accidental traces of brushstrokes in paintings and the subtle balance of handcraft and machinery in 3D works are "human imprints" that algorithms struggle to standardize.

The exhibition's theme, "Inner Emotions Revealed," is a gentle resistance to the rationality of

technology—when data attempts to define everything, art remains the truest mirror of human

emotions.
