COSTUMED KINDERGARTEN

Costumed Kindergarten

Touch Gallery is excited to announce our collaboration with JAMSTYLE Jaro, for his solo exhibition “Costumed Kindergarten”, held from July 3rd to July 31st 2025.

As the years pass amidst the bustling city, we gradually tuck away our childishness and become increasingly serious. The heaviness of work and life begin to weigh our spirits down. However, artist JAMSTYLE Jaro gently awakens our forgotten childlike essence. His works, like a refreshing spring breeze, remind us that no matter where we are, the child within us always exists.

Jaro’s paintings are filled with moments of childhood: picking our noses mischievously, pouting in annoyance, and drinking milk messily, staining it all over our faces. In the comfort of our safe spaces, we can let our guard down and laugh freely like children, charming our loved ones and even sneakily letting out a fart!

Jaro conveys this lasting sense of childlike naivety through his work. His artwork appears in many advertisements, books, magazines, and comics. Initially, he launched his work as stickers on the popular app LINE. They immediately became a sensation, with downloads surpassing 200,000, earning him the title of the King of Emojis.  This is no coincidence; through his works, he captures the humor that keeps our inner child and purity alive. Although we are no longer children, that innocent heart will never disappear.

This summer, we warmly invite you to visit Touch Gallery and embark on a journey to rediscover the freeing essence of childhood. Let's immerse ourselves in Jaro's artistic world and reclaim that carefree joy in our lives together!
