Can I return my order?

We will do our best to make you happy and we understand when things don't work out. If for whatever reason you would like to return your order please contact us and include photos of the undamaged artwork to info@hongkongartscollective.com. A full refund will be issued on receipt of the returned artwork. HKARTS will not assume the cost of return shipping. Any refund issued will be automatically applied to your original payment method in 2-5 business days.

Can I return my order if damaged?

In the unlikely event of your order being damaged please contact us within 48 hours and include photos to the following email address: info@hongkongartscollective.com. A full or partial refund may be provided based on the information provided after the artwork is successfully delivered back to the Hong Kong Arts Collective and inspected. HKARTS will not assume the cost of return shipping. Any refund issued will be automatically applied to your original payment method in 2-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of the time of purchase free of charge. We can not guarantee that we can cancel your order after 48 hours from the time of purchase. Please contact us to enquire.​
