Kacey Ko
BIOGRAPHY
Kacey Ko is a Hong Kong based artist, dedicated to exploring the relationship between human psychology and the arts. Building on her background in psychology, she began her practise by examining ways where art as a medium helps us reconnect with our innermost selves. Influenced by her unique experiences with Chinese philosophies of change (Yijing) and her fascination towards the western medium of oil paint, Ko reinterprets the conception of east-meets-west through her work. Ko’s works were shortlisted for Salon Des Beaux Arts 2021 and nominated to represent China as a finalist at Salon Des Beaux Arts 2022 in Paris.
